Metadata Analysis
A metadata analysis can be performed for each comparison. The flexibility to select the type of data and attributes a user wants to visualize allows the user to quickly explore the gene and pathway of interest for a specific group of patients
For TCGA datasets, additional Kaplan-Meier and Cox Regression analyses are available. They allow users to plot the survival curves for different groups of patients and estimate the hazard ratio for specific attributes, such as gender, gene expression, and pathway activation.
